Today, my good friend’s boyfriend posted this message on her facebook wall:
Oh hey! Didn’t see you there. I’m Joe Measures, you may remember me from such classics as: ‘Your Boyfriend’, and even ‘Some Guy I Know’.
I’ve heard it through the grapevine that today is Valentine’s Day. It’s really unfortunate that our paths wont cross today, as we will both be busy with our school schedules. So I just thought I’d let you know that even though we’ll both be valentine-ly impaired, I’ll be thinking about you probably all day. I say ‘probably’ because I would most likely fail university if I was incapable of thinking of anything but you. So, when I’m not using my brain to become super smart and whatnot, I’ll be thinking of you. I hope that’s a fair trade-off :D
